Septembre 29, 2009 - The Paris Court of Appeal significantly reduced the fines imposed by the French Competition Council (in its decision no. 08-D-12 of 21 Mai 2008) on the plywood manufacturers. Plysorol, advised by Microeconomix, had its fine reduced by more than 40%.

October 1, 2007 - The European Commission has decided to open formal anti-trust proceedings against Qualcomm Incorporated, a US chipset manufacturer, concerning an alleged breach of EC Treaty rules on abuse of a dominant market position (Article 82).
