September 23, 2008 - The Paris Court of Appeal issues stay of execution for Plysorol. Microeconomix advises Plysorol. 
 
Patents and Antitrust in Standards / web-platform
Septembre 19, 2008 -  François Lévêque, founding partner of Microeconomix and Professor of Law and Economics at Mines ParisTech launches a web platform dedicated to gathering economic literature and legal documents dealing with the intersection between standards, patents and antitrust. IPRsTrust.org was initiated and is run by a joint team of economic and legal scholars: Philippe Malone (Berkman Center, Harvard University), François Lévêque and Yann Ménière (Mines ParisTech), Ville Oksane and Mikko Valimaki (Helsinki Law and Technology Center, University of Helsinki) and Reiko Aoki (Institute of Economic Research, Hitotsubashi University). These resources encompass academic literature in Law and in Economics, but also Court decisions in different jurisdictions, various national regulations and guidelines, as well as IP policies of standard setting organizations.
