Jean-Michel Glachant is Director of the Florence School of Regulation and Director of Loyola de Palacio Energy Policy Programme. He is Professor in Economics at the University of Paris-Sud.

Jean-Michel Glachant holds a Ph.D. from Paris-Sorbonne University. His research interests include electricity market liberalization, network industries and development of the European internal market.
