• Microeconomix advised EDF during the long-term contracts litigation before the European Commission. Microeconomix testified in front of the case team.
• Microeconomix advised Total France during the investigation of the French competition authority related to practices carried on the market for refined petroleum products in the South of France (Decision No.08-D-27 of 20 Nov 2008).
• Microeconomix advised Total Réunion during the investigation of the French competition authority related to practices carried on the market for jet fuel in the Reunion Island.
