March 11, 2009 - The Retrial Court upholds the decision of the Conseil de la concurrence fining the three mobile telephony operators, Orange France, SFR and Bouygues Télécom, for engaging in information exchanges on overall net or gross sales volumes at the national level, contrary to the judgment of the Supreme Court which had quashed the judgment of the Paris Court of Appeal.
