Fines reduced
Septembre 29, 2009 - The Paris Court of Appeal significantly reduced the fines imposed by the French Competition Council (in its decision no. 08-D-12 of 21 Mai 2008) on the plywood manufacturers. Plysorol, advised by Microeconomix, had its fine reduced by more than 40%.
